These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and a9999 ("a9999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://a9999.vu.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must keep this information up to date at all times. a9999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the a9999 Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. a9999 does not warrant or represent that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular location. Players are responsible for understanding their local regulations before registering.

2.5 Registration Refusal. a9999 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a9999 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these credentials with any other person under any circumstances. a9999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your a9999 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify a9999 customer support immediately. a9999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 Account Activity. You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your a9999 Account, whether or not carried out by you personally. All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions conducted through your Account are your sole responsibility.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a consecutive period of 12 months. a9999 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. a9999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. 4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at a9999 is Rs 300. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account and will be returned via the original payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification, including submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and any additional documents requested by a9999's compliance team. Withdrawals requested from accounts with incomplete KYC will be placed on hold until verification is complete.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one to three business days. a9999 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers or banking institutions.

4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. a9999 requires that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement and is not negotiable.

4.6 Transaction Limits. a9999 may apply minimum and maximum transaction limits to deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are published in the Account banking section of the Platform. These limits may be adjusted at a9999's discretion with reasonable notice to affected users.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the a9999 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your a9999 Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Bonus funds will not be credited where the applicable wagering requirement has not been met.

5.6 Expiry of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds that are not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account balance automatically. a9999 is not obligated to notify you of impending bonus expiry, although it may do so as a courtesy.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. a9999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the Platform at its sole discretion, including where a9999 suspects that a bet has been placed in error, in bad faith, or in violation of these Terms.

6.2 Errors and Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or human error resulting in incorrectly displayed odds, game outcomes, or payment amounts, a9999 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct any errors. a9999's determination of the correct outcome in such cases is final.

6.3 Game Fairness. All casino games offered on the a9999 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to confirm statistical randomness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game in the a9999 game library.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a9999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all bets, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform, place bets, or participate in games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a9999's systems to gain an advantage, and failing to report such issues to support.

8.1 Ownership. 8.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the a9999 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any a9999 content.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not frame, scrape, mirror, or replicate any part of the a9999 Platform on any other website or application without a9999's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of a9999's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

9.1 Platform Availability. a9999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available at all times. However, a9999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.

9.2 Gambling Losses. a9999 is not liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling on the Platform. By using a9999, you acknowledge that gambling involves inherent risk and that you may lose money. You accept this risk voluntarily when you place any bet or play any game.

9.4 Maximum Liability. 11.2 Termination by a9999. a9999 may permanently close your account and terminate your access to the Platform in cases of serious or repeated breach of these Terms, confirmed fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. In such cases, a9999 may withhold your balance pending investigation and, where required, report the matter to relevant authorities.

11.3 Termination by You. You may close your a9999 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you may withdraw any real-money balance subject to applicable KYC and withdrawal requirements. Any active bonus funds in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the a9999 Platform is immediately revoked. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13 — shall survive termination of your account.

12.1 Right to Amend. a9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, a9999 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which a9999 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under mandatory local consumer protection laws applicable in Pakistan.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a dispute, you must first contact a9999 customer support in writing, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking. a9999 will endeavour to respond to all written dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

13.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with a9999 customer support within 30 days of submission, the matter may be escalated to the relevant authority under a9999's international gaming licence. a9999 will cooperate fully with any such escalation process.

13.4 Limitation Period. Any claim or dispute arising from your use of the a9999 Platform must be submitted within six (6) months of the date on which you became aware of, or should reasonably have become aware of, the circumstances giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted outside this period may be rejected by a9999.
